Individuality
You are born as an individual.
Embedded in a community of other individuals to form a unit together.
You, as well as each individual, with all that lies within you to become the best version of yourself.
And yet you often find yourself in the realm of mediocrity to a certain extent.
In the interplay between fear of others and love for yourself.
This “struggle” can serve as a push to get you where you need to go to feel good.
You feel it, but you are unclear and unsure.
Access to intrinsic being seems to be obscured.
Everyone is born a rebel to a certain extent.
Your whole being strives for its individual expression.
To realize that it is always safe to be YOURSELF.
But who are you if you don’t have to be anyone?
Integrity
Your life stage is created for you to give you the opportunity to develop and expand.
The external circumstances in your life “mostly” reflect your inner process, which is looking for a resolution.
In fields of interaction with others, we have the opportunity to observe what wants to be resolved within us.
Your judgment defines your identity.
It is impossible not to judge, as this is the way the mind works.
When you give yourself the opportunity to change the way you look at things and understand them in such a context, you create space for expansion.
You develop the ability to stay with yourself and not react to your own judgment or that of others.
A very peaceful and conscious state of yourself.
Joy(s) of life
Life is always for you.
It encompasses all spectrums of being.
Joy is the feeling of freedom that arises from gratitude for the richness of “being alive”.
Your compass of feeling GOOD.
To be in synchronicity with life in order to fill it with happiness means to stop trying to control life.
Not … aimlessly.
But … relaxed and supple.
This requires learning to accept yourself.
To play life...to be the surrender to life itself.
Because this needs to be lived. With all its ups and downs. With all the doubt and hope. Sadness and euphoria.
All of this is necessary in order to move.
That is the joy of life!
