THE ONLY CONSTANT IS CHANGE

… said Heraclitus, who is also known as the weeping philosopher.

Yes, that can really make you feel like crying.

In a world in which security plays an essential role. Everything can be insured. Everything is underpinned by contracts.
The need to have everything under control.

But I think it is less of a need.
It stirs up more of a fear.

It is in our nature to fear all change, regardless of the fact that we are programmed for change.

If we do not change continuously, we begin to die.
Just as every change brings with it a small death.

I believe that as individuals we also inherently strive for a balance that we cannot grasp with our thinking apparatus.

The small death brings new life. It is the obstructionists who are coming off.

Beliefs that determine your own sincerity.
Standpoints that block the flow of life through rigidity.
Dogmas that do not allow for expansion.

What I am currently experiencing and increasingly observing is the battle between thoughts and feelings.
What a theater of war.
It really shakes you through the laundry drum.

Perhaps it means that we have been thinking more and feeling less?
I can only assume as such.

However, this is what defines us as human beings. We are blessed to feel. We can constantly practise going through life with an open heart.
To wear your heart on your sleeve.
That we simply ARE out of, through and with love.

I see the fact that so many people are shaken and shaken right now as a sign that we may not yet be where we belong.
Like a kind of cosmic thrust, it pushes us through our subject areas at a speed that … can make you feel like crying.

BUT, what I do know is that life is always FOR YOU!!!!

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS
